Q: How long will the Holiday Shop by Brit + Co x Etsy be open?
A: The Holiday Shop will be live and accessible via the Brit + Co website from November 1, 2018, until January 7, 2019. We’ll be adding new items and collections frequently, so drop by often!
Q: How do I make a purchase?
A: To purchase an item, simply click on the Buy Now button. You’ll be taken directly to the item on Etsy.com. From there, all you have to do is add the item to your cart and checkout like you would on any of your other favorite e-commerce sites. When you buy on Etsy, you're purchasing from individual sellers who have Etsy shops, not Etsy. If you have any questions about an item or ordering from a specific Etsy shop, please reach out to the seller directly. Q: The item I’m trying to buy is sold out. What do I do?
A: Due to the unique nature of the items being sold on Etsy.com, quantities can be limited. If an item sells out on Etsy before you’ve had a chance to purchase it, Etsy recommends contacting the seller directly to see if they have another similar item. If you really love an item and are 100% you want it, don’t wait!
Q: When will my items ship?
A: Each seller on Etsy determines how they’ll ship, so it’s best to review the shipping and returns section of the Etsy shop you’re interested in purchasing from to ensure it will arrive when you need it by. Here you’ll also find each shop’s shipping rates. Some sellers offer a faster shipping upgrade you can choose in your cart. Contact the seller if you have any questions.
Q: Can I get my item shipped internationally?
A: Each seller on Etsy determines how and where they’ll ship to, so it’s best to review the shipping and returns section of the product page for each item you’re interested in purchasing. If you don't see your option, Etsy recommends contacting the seller or using Etsy's messaging system, Conversations to ask.

Q: How do I “heart” or favorite an item?
A: In the upper right-hand corner of every item image, you’ll see the outline of a heart. To heart/favorite the item, simply click or tap on the heart. The heart should fill and become a solid shape. This means the item has been saved to your List. You can access your List anytime during the duration of the Brit + Co. x Etsy Holiday Shop from November 1, 2018 to January 7, 2019 by clicking on the heart in the upper right-hand corner of the Shop Homepage and logging in.
Q: What’s My List?
A: Lists on Brit.co let you save, organize, and track the items you’ve hearted on the Brit + Co x Etsy Holiday Shop. You can have one master list with all of your hearted items or you can further sort your hearted items into separate lists. To create a new list, just click on Start New List. Items can be easily moved from one list to another by dragging and dropping them. To delete an item on your list, just click remove.
Lists can be for your own private use, or you can make them public, so you can share your list with friends and family. By making your list public, other shoppers browsing the Brit + Co x Etsy Holiday Shop may also view your list. To change your list from Public to Private, simply flip the Privacy toggle in the upper right-hand corner of the Lists page by clicking or tapping directly on it. If your list is public, you can share a link to it with friends and loved ones (wink wink) by posting on social media or by sharing a link to your List in an email or text.
Q: How do I access my List and the items I’ve hearted?
A: To view your hearted items, simply click or tap on the heart at the top right corner of any page in the Shop on Brit.co and log-in.
Q: I hearted an item and now it’s missing. Where can I find it?
A: There are a few reasons an item you hearted might go missing, including: 1) The item is no longer available. 2) The item sold out and was removed from the Brit + Co website. If you love an item, we encourage you to purchase it as soon as you can due to the limited quantities of unique, handmade and vintage, one-of-a-kind items.
Q: What if I want to return something?
A: If you're looking to return an item or get a refund from an order on Etsy, the first thing to do is contact the seller directly. Each seller has their own shop policies that should address issues like returns, exchanges, and refunds. If you've reached out to the seller and haven't heard back, or if you're unable to resolve your issue with a seller on Etsy, you can file what’s known as a “case” on Etsy. Q: How does the Gift Finder Tool on Brit.co work?
A: The Gift Finder Tool uses your responses (and a little AI magic) to build an evolving collection of gift suggestions just for you. All you have to do is follow the question prompts and the tool will do all the work and generate a list of suggested gifts for you. You can refine the list of gift suggestions or adjust your answers by using the filters on the upper left-hand side.
Q: How many times can I use the Gift Finder Tool on Brit.co?
A: You can use the Gift Finder Tool as many times and as often as you’d like during the duration of the Holiday Shop by Brit + Co x Etsy.
Q: Can I buy multiple items from different shops at once on Etsy?
A: Yes, you can! It’s as simple as adding the items from the different shops to your Etsy cart. You can pay for all items in one checkout experience on Etsy.com. We do highly recommend you review each seller’s individual shop policies prior to checkout though. You can do this by clicking on policies on the seller’s shop page on Etsy. A: Etsy recommends contacting the seller with any questions you have about the item or your order.

Q: Can I send my order as a gift?
A: Yes, you can. Below each item in your Etsy cart, you’ll see the option to mark the item as a gift. When you check the box, prices will be removed from the packing slip that is sent to the recipient. Some sellers also offer the option to add a custom gift message with the gift and/or gift wrapping for an additional fee.
